Ocracoke Re-entry permit - Click here to download the 2012 / 2013 Reentry Application for Ocracoke Island. To receive a non-resident property owner reentry tag, the following items will need to be completed and mailed back:

1)      Fill out attached form

2)      Copy of tax card stating the property is in your name

3)      Copy of your valid driver’s license (black out your number please)

4)      Self-addressed stamped envelope
